Normal Hours Pick Up - Queenstown Airport

Shuttle Pick Up

1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
   1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
   2. Phone our office toll free on 0800 304 300 and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up (Free phone can be used in the terminal area).
2. Exit the terminal turning right and head towards the departure area.
3. When the van arrives, please load your own bags into the back of the shuttle van or trailer.
4. Please tell the driver your name and show him your confirmation (if required).
5. Our location is two minutes drive from the airport terminal.

Walking

1. Please Note: If the weather is fine and you don't feel like waiting for the shuttle van, Apex is only a short walk (approx. 5 minutes) from the airport terminal.
2. Exit the terminal area on Sir Henry Wigley Drive and turn left at the roundabout onto Lucas Place.
3. Apex is located 250 metres down Lucas Place on the right.
