Simply quote your Air New Zealand Airpoints number when making your booking online via the Apex website and you'll earn 2.5 Airpoints Dollars per day.*

As part of the Airpoints program, you can unlock a range of benefits:

  • Earn Airpoints Dollars for car rental travel - Earn 2.5 Airpoints Dollars per day on qualifying rentals* with Apex.
  • Earn Airpoints Dollars for air travel - Also earn Airpoints Dollars when you fly with Air New Zealand, or Star Alliance airlines.
  • Simple rewards – One Airpoints Dollar is worth one dollar, so it’s easy to track your rewards.
  • Use Airpoints Dollars for travel – Spend the points you’ve earned on flights, in the Airpoints Store or on other products and services.

Ensure that you earn Airpoints Dollars on your rental by entering your Airpoints member number when making a booking online.

Airpoints Members can make an Apex car rental booking on either the Air New Zealand website or Apex Car Rentals website.

*Terms and Conditions

  • Rewards programme points will be awarded on eligible rentals.
  • Airpoints Dollars may not be earned on staff, free, net wholesale, fixed corporate or travel industry rates.
  • Earn Airpoints Dollars by renting at any of our Apex locations in New Zealand or Australia.
  • The renter name must be the same as the Airpoints member account name.
  • Member must quote their Airpoints membership number when making a reservation online.
  • Member must book on either the Air New Zealand website or an Apex Car Rentals website.
  • Your airline flight ticket or boarding pass is not required to earn Airpoints Dollars with Apex.
  • Airpoints will be awarded at the completion of your rental.
