Normal Hours Pick Up - Napier Airport

  1. After collecting your luggage, please do the following:
    1. Please click on the “Ready to Collect” button on the email we’ve sent you OR
    2. Phone our office toll free on 0800 939 597 (or +64 6 835 5410) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up.
  2. Exit Baggage Claim End of Terminal and make your way to the Pick Up location. Left hand corner of the Public cars park.
  3. When the van arrives, our driver will load your luggage into the back of the van.
  4. Please tell the driver your name and show them your confirmation (if required).
  5. Our location is one minutes' drive from the airport terminal.
