Normal Hours Pick Up - Napier Airport

  1. Upon arrival at Hawkes Bay Airport, phone our toll free number 0800 939 597 (or +64 6 835 5410) and let us know that you're ready to be picked up.
  2. Exit Baggage Claim End of Terminal and make your way to the Pick Up location. Left hand corner of the Public cars park.
  3. When the van arrives, our driver will load your luggage into the back of the van.
  4. Please tell the driver your name and show them your confirmation (if required).
  5. Our location is one minutes' drive from the airport terminal.
