Normal Hours Pick Up - Auckland Airport
(Domestic Terminal)

1. Upon arrival at Auckland Domestic Airport, phone our toll free number 0800 935 050 (or +64 9 257 0292) and let us know that you're ready to be picked up.
2. Proceed through the exit DOOR 8, which is located at the JETSTAR CHECK IN end of the terminal.
3. Use the pedestrian crossing on the far left of the terminal and go to the OFF AIRPORT PICK UP point to wait for our van.
   If you are unsure where the OFF AIRPORT PICK UP point is located, please ask the information desk for assistance.
4. On the email you will see a 'Ready to Collect' button. When you are ready to be collected, simply tap/click the 'Ready to Collect' button. If you do not receive the email please phone our toll free number 0800 935 050 (or +64 9 257 0292) and let us know that you're ready to be picked up.
5. When the van arrives, the driver will load your luggage into the back of the van or into a trailer.
6. Our rental location is 10 minutes’ drive from the Auckland Domestic Terminal (this may vary depending on traffic conditions at the time).
