After Hours Pick Up - Queenstown Airport

  1. You will receive an email on the day the hire is due to commence with the vehicle registration, colour and code to a numbered lock box.
  2. Exit the terminal area on Sir Henry Wigley Drive and turn left at the roundabout onto Lucas Drive.
  3. Apex is located 250 metres down Lucas Drive on the right.
  4. Look for the numbered lock box at the front of the office.
  5. Enter the code you received in the email.
  6. There will be an envelope with your name and keys to the vehicle in the box.
  7. The vehicle will be parked at the front of the building.
  8. Prior to arrival you will be emailed pictures of the current condition of the rental vehicle and our fair wear & tear guidelines. We recommend that you walk around your vehicle at the time of pick up and feel free to add any additional photos to the link provided in the email.
