After Hours Pick Up - Nelson City

  1. You will receive an email the day prior to pick-up, with the vehicle registration number, the code to a numbered lockbox.
  2. Please make your way to depot, located at 19 Halifax Street.
  3. Keys will be located in the lockbox located to the left hand side of the office.
  4. Enter the code you received in the email.
  5. The vehicle will be parked along the front of the office.
  6. Prior to arrival you will be emailed pictures of the current condition of the rental vehicle and our fair wear & tear guidelines. We recommend that you walk around your vehicle at the time of pick up and feel free to add any additional photos to the link provided in the email.
