Normal Hours Pick Up - Queenstown Airport

Shuttle Pick Up

1. Upon arrival at Queenstown International Airport, phone our toll free number 0800 304 300 and let us know that you're ready to be picked up.
2. Exit the terminal turning right and head towards the departure area.
3. When the van arrives, our driver will load your luggage into the back of the van or into a trailer.
4. Please tell the driver your name and show him your confirmation (if required).
5. Our location is two minutes drive from the airport terminal.

Walking

1. Please Note: If the weather is fine and you don't feel like waiting for the shuttle van, Apex is only a short walk (approx. 5 minutes) from the airport terminal.
2. Exit the terminal area on Sir Henry Wigley Drive and turn left at the roundabout onto Lucas Drive.
3. Apex is located 250 metres down Lucas Drive on the right.
