Bluebridge

1. The vehicle will be parked in the P60 area outside the Bluebridge Terminal.
2. Go to the counter inside the Bluebridge Terminal.
3. Staff at the counter will have an envelope with your name on it containing your keys and your vehicle details.
4. Paperwork and maps will be in the glove box of your vehicle.

Interislander

1. On arrival, proceed to the Apex/About NZ counter adjacent to the baggage claim inside the Interislander Terminal.
2. Look for the safe located on the counter top.
3. Open the save with the code supplied to you via text and email just before your hire's start date.
4. Take the envelope inside with your name on it (there will be keys enclosed and a note with the details of your vehicle and it's location).
5. Paperwork and maps will be in the glove box of your vehicle.
