Bluebridge

1. Your vehicle will be parked in the P60 area outside the Bluebridge Terminal.
2. The counter staff will have an envelope with your name on it containing your keys and your vehicle details.

Interislander

1. On arrival, proceed to the Apex/About NZ counter adjacent to the baggage claim inside the Interislander Terminal.
2. There is a safe located on the counter top.
3. The code for the safe will be sent via text and email closer to your hire’s start date. Once you have keyed in the code and entered the safe you will find an envelope inside with your name on it with your keys enclosed and a note with the details of your vehicle and it’s location.
   We will leave a copy of your paperwork and maps in the glove box of your vehicle.
