Normal Hours Pick Up - Auckland Airport

1. Upon arrival, phone 0800 93 50 50 and let us know that you are ready to be picked up (airport free phones are located at the baggage claim areas).
2. Proceed through the exit DOOR 11, directly opposite the MAIN ARRIVAL AREA.
3. Turn right and wait at the OFF AIRPORT PICK UP point.
   If you are unsure where the OFF AIRPORT PICK UP point is located, please ask the information desk for assistance.
4. When the van arrives, the driver will load your luggage into the back of the van or into a trailer.
5. Our rental location is 10 minutes’ drive from the Auckland International Terminal (this may vary depending on traffic conditions at the time).

After 10pm Delayed Arrivals

1. If your flight is delayed and you arrive after 10pm, your rental vehicle will be parked at Park & Ride (with the Rental Agreement inside the vehicle).
2. Park & Ride shuttle buses run every 10-15 minutes and the buses are marked orange and black with the words Park & Ride on the side.
3. Exit the terminal using exit DOOR 8, which is located down from the MAIN ARRIVALS AREA.
4. Use the pedestrian crossing outside the exit door and go to the PARK & RIDE PICK UP point.
5. When the bus arrives, the driver will load your luggage into the bus or into a trailer.
6. At the Park & Ride offices, introduce yourself to the staff and they will hand you the keys to your rental vehicle.
7. Please note that an after hour fee will apply for this service.
