After Hours Pick Up - Auckland Airport

For customers arriving outside of normal service hours, your pre-completed rental agreements and rental vehicles can be collected from Park & Ride.
The Park & Ride shuttle buses run every 10-15 minutes and the buses are marked orange and black with the words Park & Ride on the side.
Exit the terminal using exit DOOR 3, which is located opposite the AIR NEW ZEALAND BAGGAGE CLAIM area.
Use the pedestrian crossing outside the exit door and cross to the third row. Wait at the PARK & RIDE PICK UP point.
If you are unsure where the PARK & RIDE PICK UP point is located, please ask the information desk for assistance.
When the bus arrives, the driver will load your luggage into the bus or into a trailer.
At the Park & Ride offices, introduce yourself to the staff and they will hand you the keys to your rental vehicle.
