Exactly what we were after - 5 stars We just wanted to write and say how impressed we were with our recent experience in hiring a car through Apex Rentals. We have hired from a few places in recent years and have to say that by far you’ve been the best! Everyone we met was cheerful and communicative and couldn’t do enough for us. The service was great and the car we hired was exactly what we were after. We found the whole experience very pleasing and efficient. Which was especially wonderful as we were on a quick business trip and I was 32wks (7.5mths pregnant). Thank you for providing such great service. Very Helpful Staff - 5 stars We were recently touring in NZ and hired our car from Apex at Auckland Airport. We then toured your beautiful islands for the next 19 days, returning the car to Apex at Christchurch Airport. During the course of our journey we were unfortunate enough to have another vehicle bump into our car while parked at Rotorua, this caused some minor damage to our front bumper, which as you can imagine caused us some concern for the return of the car. However the staff at Apex could not have been more helpful and made the whole process as painless as possible, going out of their way to assist us. We Rent for 3 months every Year - 5 stars As last year, we hired a car with Apex for the summer months we spent (as every year) in Wellington and would like to thank the team – and in particular Mark Wong – for all their help and good work. This year our car got unfortunately broken into, but the team in the Miramar branch handled this incident very efficiently, minimising our inconvenience.
