Seemless, Excellent Service - 5 stars Congratulations on excellent customer service. Upon our arrival in Auckland it was a seamless transfer from the airport to your depot. We were pleasantly surprised when our hire vehicle was delivered to us at the reception area AND our luggage loaded by a staff member. Whole Heartedly Recommend Apex - 5 stars My wife and I have just returned from 3 weeks in New Zealand. For the last 2 weeks we planned to tour and hired a car from Apex between 12th March - 24th March 2012. We we extremely pleased with both the car and the service we got from Apex. I found the staff at both Queenstown Airport (pick up) and Auckland Airport (drop off) very helpful indeed. The car was a Nissan Sunny and was perfect for our needs. We did around 2000 miles of trouble free touring and the car took all of the mountain roads in its stride.
