Back in Germany (where it's grey, cold and rainy) I'd like to thank you and the whole APEX team for the perfect service. At four different APEX-stations we met friendly and helpful staff. Hi Apex
I just wanted to drop a note to you guys to thank you for your awesome service and help in December at your location in Picton. I had reserved a car through a different company and when I got off of the ferry they had reserved for me a stick shift when I had been very specific about needing an Automatic They had no other available cars and pretty much just shrugged it off and didn't care that I was stranded. I walked along the Picton ferry terminal's row of rental companies and no one seemed to have any available cars. When I stuck my head into the booth at Apex, I was told that there wasn't anything, but the guy checked and rechecked and eventually there were three guys behind the counter, rearranging reservations, and coming up with a lovely Nissan Bluebird for me. I only remember Stuart's name, because he drove my boyfriend to an ATM machine to get money out for the rental because my EFTPOS card was giving us trouble. The other guys working around noon on December 21st were fabulous too! The car was wonderful. Aside from squeaky brakes (which I let the girl at the counter know about when returning the car on the 29th), it was great They saved my Christmas vacation, and I think whoever is at the very top of this company should know about it! Thank you so much!
