Just a quick note to thank you for the great service we had from Apex Rentals. We were all impressed with the friendly and efficient staff that we met at Queenstown, Picton and Auckland Airport. The vehicle served our needs well and felt like a real friend when we had to part with it in Auckland! It was so extremely handy to be able to drive on and off the ferry without having to unpack the vehicle and carry all the luggage to the ferry terminal. It was just like having our own vehicle all the way from Queenstown to Auckland. I have been so impressed with your service and rental rates that I have been advertising your company to all the places we have stayed at en route. Just a note to say thank you for the car rental. We were so happy with the way it all worked out, the kids were so tired they slept as soon as we left the airport so it was great to have the car right there with no waiting to sign forms and to drop it off in the same place was so easy. Just arrived back in the U.K and would like to say thanks for your very good services. No problem with the pick up from Christchurch, good instructions to leave the city, a very, very good Free book about New Zealand, no problem at Picton on leaving the car and picking up the new vehicle at Wellington, Ferry crossing organised very smoothly and finally the drop off at Auckland airport handled extremely well.
