I just wanted to tell you that we were impressed by the wonderful service we received on Sept. 8 to Sept.24.
I am a member of two USA car rental co.'s Hertz and National, no question you exceeded them in service and your price was below both.
Our pick up at the airport was easy, our drop off in the city was the best I have ever had, your office checked for damage, same man used our car to take us to our hotel, perfect!!
Again, thank you for helping to make our trip to NZ that much more enjoyable. We will recommend your service when ever we can.

were all impressed with the friendly and efficient staff that we met at Queenstown,
Picton and Auckland Airport. The vehicle served our needs well and felt like a real
friend when we had to part with it in Auckland! It was so extremely handy to be
able to drive on and off the ferry without having to unpack the vehicle and carry
all the luggage to the ferry terminal. It was just like having our own vehicle all
the way from Queenstown to Auckland. I have been so impressed with your service
and rental rates that I have been advertising your company to all the places we

My husband and I have recently returned from NZ. We were very impressed by the level
of service and care that your company took with our car hire. We had a great deal
of difficulty with Budget Cars, and were delighted to be rescued by a member of
your team in Wellington. We were left at the ferry terminal without transport, and
thought that the professional and caring attitude of the young man who collected
us contrasted strongly with the attitude of the Budget rep. Attached are letters
we have written to Budget and to the AA which you might be interested in reading.
